Settings --> Flow Builder

We have added one more enhancement to the Flow Builder by getting an Email notification when a new lead is qualified. These Emails will be triggered automatically, only to the super admin of the account.

Inbox --> Chat

We have made image sharing easier by using the keyboard command "PrtScr / Ctrl C and Ctrl V for the users to upload in the chat.

Settings --> User Management

We have now included the Custom Business hours for individual agents.

Chat Widget

We have added the message icon on the chat icon when a new message comes up.

Fixed a bug where long-width icons are allowed for the business logo in the widget.

Bugs have been fixed for sending the file along with text in the chat.

We have rolled out a fix in viewing Image/Video/GIF to read directly.

We have added two enhancements to widget customization: 
1. Custom bot icon - You can upload your custom bot icon in the widget.
2. Auto open- You can set your widget to auto-open on/off when a new message arrives.

Settings --> Flow Builder

We have rolled out an enhancement in Flow Builder by adding a delay node. This delay gives more time to users to read incoming messages that set out a more human-like experience.

Contacts

We have introduced an enhancement in contact settings. The user's contact is created based on their session-id when they visit your site for the first time. Their contact is merged by having their emails during their expected visits.

SLA Violation

There was an issue in SLA Triggering in which we have resolved to when a ticket is closed, SLA will not trigger.

We have fixed multiple minor issues related to Image scaling, Custom icon upload, Image blurriness, and so on. 

Profile setting

We have now rolled out a Profile settings option for gathering user information where you could set your profile picture and introduce your role.

Banner

There is now an option in the automatic removal of Banner design once after the sixth ticket is created.

As notified earlier, we have launched Jikoo Widget customization. This New feature comes up with the intelligence to provide all your ticket history in a widget which can be updated automatically, ensuring access to the up-to-date conversation.

The ability to remove Jikoo branding is now available for all in our Widget Customization. 

Notification

There have been bug fixes on clicking Browser notifications. Currently, when you click on the notification, it will directly navigate you to the subordinate ticket.

Validation

Until now, there was no validation to upload any image/file. But hereon, we have fixed a size less than 5MB.

We have fixed an issue related to a message duplication that occurred inside the chat.

We have now included an enhancement in Flow builder where you can duplicate each node/block. It saves up your time and brings forth better usability.

We have rolled out a few issue fixes for pagination in tables for UI enhancement.

To enhance feasibility, the Ticket ID in Dashboard will now open directly in the Inbox once it is clicked.

Currently, you can duplicate a New flow from the Existing flow as we have enhanced in our Flow Builder. It saves up your time and brings forth better usability.

We have included Tooltip messages on our Company Page. It will give you a piece of detailed information about each feature for a greater understanding.

The chat messages will now be in view correctly, the read and unread texts.

We are releasing a new feature on our company page called custom business hours. This new feature comes with the capability of choosing when your chatbot should be active on your website based on the company hours you fix. It will also help you to trigger waiting and offline messages from your chatbot.

We’ve made improvements around ensuring that the User domain logic has changed according to the websites registered on the company page.

Bugs have been fixed to view all the lines when multiline notes are added in the notes field by providing a scrolling option.

You can now send automated/proactive messages to new users visiting your website. It can be personalized under the welcome message of your Chatbot.
